SINOVAC Announces Record and Distribution Dates for Special Cash Dividend

BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sinovac Biotech Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVA) (“SINOVAC” or the “Company”), a leading provider of biopharmaceutical products in China, today announced that a special dividend of US$55.00 per common share, as previously announced on April 1, 2025, will be paid in cash to valid holders of SINOVAC’s common shares as of the close of business on May 23, 2025, ET. Such cash dividend is expected to be paid on or about July 9, 2025.
